**Location: Hybrid - Priory Park, Bedford**

**Role Purpose and; Summary**

To support the Fleet Manager in providing day to day operational and administrative support for all Belron UK fleet requirements. The Fleet Co-Ordinator will need to be highly organised and able to work on own initiative, seeing requests through to completion. They will have strong and effective working relationship with internal stakeholders and external providers including insurance companies, lease providers, accident management, kit-out and ancillary providers i.e. breakdown cover, fuel cards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support in the resolution of fleet activities/requests from drivers and suppliers minimising vehicle off road time and optimising cost
- Manage the day-to-day interaction with external providers, ensuring that contractual requirements are met and proactively escalating any potential risks to the Fleet Manager for resolution
- Timely and accurate completion of all administrative related tasks including vehicle invoices, vehicle maintenance, accident management claims, fuel cards, van kit out and de-fleeting, processing parking and traffic fines and updating Car Hire data
- Ensure our vehicle tracking system is maintained accurately
- Ensuring that the fleet database reflects the current fleet portfolio and that any updates are made in a timely manner
- Collation of environmental data for reporting purposes

**Skills and; Experience**
- Ability to make own judgements and decisions and determine when to escalate issues
- Ability to work autonomously and challenge information where necessary
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at different levels of seniority within the business
- Planned and organised with the ability to multitask
- A keen understanding of systems, with good knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly excel, and the ability to quickly grasp any new systems that may be introduced
- Self-motivated with the ability to work own initiative
- Experience in Fleet Management preferred
- Sound knowledge of GDPR requirements
