Soccer Shooters is a small business in Hemel Hempstead. We run our sessions at Hobbs Hill Primary School. We combine top quality coaching with a relaxed and inclusive environment, enabling children of all backgrounds and abilities to sharpen their football skills while also learning life skills that will serve them well, no matter what they want to do in the future..

We are seeking a fun and enthusiastic Football Coach to join our team and help bring back the joy of the game we love to budding footballers. The coach will be responsible for conducting engaging and age-appropriate training sessions for two age groups: 5 to 7-year-olds and 8 to 12-year-olds. The sessions will take place on Saturday mornings from 10 am to 11 am for the younger group and 11 am to 12 pm for the older group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create fun and dynamic football training sessions suitable for 5 to 7-year-olds and 8 to 12-year-olds.
- Focus is on keeping it fun whilst introducing fundamental skills development, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and basic game understanding.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and individual growth.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to motivate and inspire young players.
- Plan and organise structured training sessions that balance skill development with enjoyable activities.
- Incorporate age-appropriate games and drills to keep the sessions exciting and interactive.
- Prioritise the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.
- Maintain clear and open communication with players, parents, and guardians.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

Schedule:

- Weekends only
