Nestling in the stunning Art Deco architecture of the Queen’s Hotel Leeds with its entrance at the epicentre of the city on City Square. The restaurant has played host to royalty and high society since the early days of the 20th century. The great and the good of Leeds society convened here for discourse and pleasure. Grand Pacific Leeds continues the tradition of providing the good citizens of Leeds with food and drink of the highest order.

**The Role**

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar.

**Your tasks will include but will not be limited to**:

- Prepare and serve our tea and coffee items;
- Interact with customers, present menus, take orders and make recommendations as necessary;
- Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations;
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs;
- To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests;
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the menu, including tea and coffee;
- To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise;
- Anticipates guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
