Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Washplant Operator to join our team. As a Washplant Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in the washplant and filter press. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor various machinery and equipment in the washplant
- Follow safety guidelines and utilise appropriate safety devices when perform all operations
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

**Skills**:

- A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience of working within the aggregates sector and wash plant/processing experience would be an advantage
- 360 excavator and front end loaders experience is essential
- Must be literate & numerate
