**The team**:
The Pensions, Employment and Incentives team acts for a diverse range of businesses from FTSE listed companies to start-ups, individuals to charities. They regularly advise on complex and sensitive employment issues including termination, discrimination, restrictivecovenants and redundancies and have extensive experience working on a number of the largest pension plans.
**The role**:
The successful Pensions & Employment Paralegal will support the department’s Knowledge Team and in particular the Knowledge Lawyers (PSLs). Duties will include:
- Researching and reporting on legal issues
- Drafting communication to fee-earners
- Supporting the preparation, publication and distribution of weekly bulletin, newsletters and blogs
- Updating, managing and disseminating client publications and other documents
- Sitting in on client calls and writing attendance notes
- Coordinating internal know-how resources and training
- Day-to-day support for fee-earners including ad hoc projects and research tasks
**About you**:
- Strong academic qualifications, including LLB or equivalent qualification
- Previous Paralegal or Know-How experience
- Genuine interest in Pensions & Employment Law
- Excellent research skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
