**Trainee Lettings Negotiator**

**As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for**:

- Assisting in the marketing and letting of residential properties
- Conducting viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiating rental terms and securing agreements
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants

**Requirements**:

- A strong desire to learn and grow within the property industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license

**Salary**:£21,000 **OTE **£25,000
