**JOB SUMMARY**:
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager you will play an active role in supporting the factory in consistently improving our quality standards on-site.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
AUDIT.

Manage the internal audit team to ensure that all internal audits are completed on an annual basis against the current BRC standard. Ensure that non-conformities are documented and corrective actions implemented.

Participate in GMP site monitoring and support and reporting KPI.

Provide preparation and support for all external audits.

ENQUIRIES

Work with complaint Category Managers to ensure complaints are suitably investigated and that corrective actions are identified and implemented to meet Sensient requirements. Support in trend analysis.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

Respond to all questionnaires and information requests in a timely, accurate manner.

HACCP & FOOD SAFETY.

Be a key member of the HACCP Team. Tracking and trending of CCP non-conformities. You will be part of the raw material approval team, carrying out risk assessments on food safety.

DOCUMENT CONTROL MANAGEMENT.

Take site ownership for the Sensient document system management program, supporting other departments with creating and adjusting departmental documentation.

QUALITY CULTURE, COMMUNICATIONS & TRAINING

Work with site to increase and improve quality knowledge and awareness and ensure compliance to the requirements of current BRC standard. Preparation of Quality metrics.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
Ideally a degree in chemistry, microbiology, food science or a relevant technical degree or similar.

Experience; ideally from a food background.
