This role is for anyone who is looking for development and opportunity to progress.

**Salary**: up to £28,000
Location: Salford
Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate with directors to identify staffing needs and selection criteria.
- Support directors and people and culture manager prepare annual recruitment plans.
- Source applicants through online channels, avoiding the use of external agencies.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position.
- Maintain records and materials used for recruitment including interview notes and key paperwork.
To be considered you must:

- 2+ years in talent role.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
