We have a vacant position for:
**Branch Assistant**

Assist in all aspects of office administration. Sales, customer support, purchasing and warehouse support

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist with order entry and general assistance within sales office to ensure smooth flow of work throughout.
- Purchasing
- Progressing purchase orders
- Supporting the sales and supplier accounts function. Supporting the warehouse as and when needed.

Including occasional visits or deliveries to customers.
- Adhere to Health and Safety objectives

**Personal Qualities**:

- Able to work on own initiative and exceed set targets
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Enthusiastic and very well organised
- Good personal and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent time management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Ability to work within a team which at times will involve visiting our clients and therefore a Driving licence is essential
- We are a small office where we work as a team and you will have a broad range of duties. Therefore, flexibility is key.

**Hours and Pay**
- 35 Hours Per Week (not including 1 hour for lunch each day)
- Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm - 1 hour for lunch.
- Friday 8.30 am to 1.30 pm
- Annual leave - 20 days statutory. After three full years of employment TFC grants one additional vacation day and after a full five years service, TFC grants yet another vacation day.
- Salary to be in line with experience and qualifications.
- The position is permanent after a successful probation period of 6 months.
