**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2-4 years.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized care and support to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and document children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with parents to promote their involvement in their child's learning journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a level 3 in early years.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
