Cornwall Education Learning Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team from 1st September 2023 to:

- Teach classes when teachers are engaged in planning, preparation and asessment sessions.
- supervise classess during short term absence of the assigned teacher.

The post will suit a reliable individual with good literacy, numeracy and communication skills

The Senior Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across the curriculum in the event of the absence (planned or unplanned) of the class teacher and will ensure that pupils are engaged in pre-set work, managing pupil behaviour and ensuring a safe environment. If a Senior Cover Supervisor is not required to cover staff absence, they will be deployed to provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and pupils who are identified as Pupil Premium

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10,717.00-£12,684.00 per year
