**Job description**
- Stratton Mills Recruitment is looking for a skilled and experienced Pattern Cutter to join our team in Axminster, Devon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Minimum of 3 years of pattern cutting on garments. Probation 3 months
- Products to be Made:Jackets, Gilets, Smocks, Jumpers, Trousers, Shirts, Vests, Country Wear
- Textiles Fabrics Used:Cotton, polycotton, nylon, polyester
- Specific Tools Used:Standard cutting tools, nothing out of the ordinary: Rotary Cutter, Fabric shears, Snips, Shears, Scissors, Cutting Mat
- English Level: Beginner,

- Bonus package for all employees, if the company reaches targets (a new system, they need time to implement it.not much info at the moment. If need be, I will ask the client for more details)
- Salary Offer: Per hour £12.00
- After reviews (first at 3 months, then after every 6 months), there is the potential for an increase based on performance.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
