Working 8:30-3:30, you will work closely with our team of educators, parents, and external specialists to create and promote each child's development and well-being through play.

**About the role**:
As an SEN Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with special educational needs, ranging from mild learning difficulties to support their Prime and Specific areas.

**About the school**:
As part of our larger school withing Wigan, we incorporate a Nursery and Reception class unit of up to 60 children. We are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the growth and development of every child.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Early Years Teaching Assistant you will:

- A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above) is essential
- Proven experience working with children with SEN in a nursery or educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals
- Experience with children with SEND.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Social and networking events.
- CPD to help with your professional development.
- Access to a dedicated consultant.
