**Responsibilities**:
**Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added**:
**Service**
- Support the mobilisation of new business with preparation of Site and COSHH packs.
- To provide helpdesk support to client platforms such as E-Log books etc by cascading information to the operational team for feedback within agreed SLA’s
- General office duties within the Sidcup office including but not limited to printing, managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering of stationary and printing services as requires, answering phone calls and redirecting as required, ordering of material and consumable items required by the business.
- Supporting the operational business with administrative support at operational meetings with clients or personnel.
- Support the Operational team with completion of KPI reporting documents as required.
- Supporting the Sidcup office function by welcoming visitors and supporting the operational teams within the office where possible.
- Supporting with updating essential documentation for the cleaning business and sharing information as required with the wider cleaning business.
- Ordering of goods and services as required by the cleaning business.
- Preparation of purchase orders as required by the cleaning business.
- Liaison with cleaning supply chain network when required to ensure key information is gathered and filed.
- To support the operational team with de-commissions of business as necessary

**Compliance**
- Support the mobilisation of new business with preparation of Site and COSHH packs.
- To provide helpdesk support to client platforms such as E-Log books etc by cascading information to the operational team for feedback within agreed SLA’s
- General office duties within the Sidcup office including but not limited to printing, managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering of stationary and printing services as requires, answering phone calls and redirecting as required, ordering of material and consumable items required by the business.
- Supporting the operational business with administrative support at operational meetings with clients or personnel.
- Support the maintenance of the Cleaning IMS database and working with the Project director to ensure compliance across the business.
- To work with IT platforms such as Brightsafe, Kingdom Konnect, Kingdom Komplete etc
- Supporting the cleaning business with H&S compliance
- Creation of ID cards for the operational team
