**Job Description**:

- This role will support the function as a VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Process Specialist to drive execution, delivery and maintenance of the global process improvements for Finance P2P with respect to its implementation of the SAP VIM tool.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for identifying and driving global improvement opportunities for VIM to achieve touchless invoice processing.
- Responsible for understanding global business expectations and for ensuring that these are incorporated into VIM designs
- Responsible for gathering process and controls data to measure VIM process performance, conduct root cause analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Responsible for managing and executing requests for process change originating in the business
- Responsible for ensuring adherence and alignment to the Global Process standards
- Responsible for all process mapping, business documentation, testing (including UAT) as part of the full cycle of VIM process improvement delivery.
- Responsible for collaborating with IM, Shared Services and other stakeholders to ensure full alignment and providing communication and training to maintain effective relations.
- Qualifications
- Expertise in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) - both functionally and technically
- Super User level expertise in SAP
- Experience in driving touchless invoice processing and automation
- In depth expertise in the procure to pay (P2P) process
- Expert knowledge and experience in driving change in large organisations
- Experience in running workshops, process mapping and performing gap analyses.
