Production Assistant

This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to develop a career within a medical manufacturing environment. We are currently working with a long-running medical devices business in Staffordshire, to help them expand their manufacturing team.

Our client is an innovative medical device business who make a real impact on patient’s lives. They combine medical device and pharmaceutical products, and provide great career progression to their employees in a supportive environment.

Falling within the manufacturing team, this hire is key to supporting all activities on the floor including the running of the production equipment, packing goods, maintenance and cleaning activities.

The working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm - however, flexibility is required given the nature of the operations.

**Qualifications and experience;**
- Some previous work experience in a production setting
- Experience working in a regulated production setting is preferred (e.g., medical, pharma, food, automotive)
- Experience working to GMP standards is preferred
- Applicants must be happy to work in a cleanroom environment with full gowning procedures
- Good communication and numerical skills
