Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Document Controller and Administrator to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and organising company documents on behalf of our clients while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.
**Duties**:
- Maintain and manage electronic documents in an organised manner
- Ensure all documents are up to date, reviewed, and approved
- Implement document control procedures and processes including QA checks
- Monitor document changes and revisions
- Coordinate document distribution internally and externally
- Ensure confidentiality and security of documents
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation
**Skills**:
- Proficient in document management software and good knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of document control procedures and standards
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with version control systems
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to document control
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: £11.00-£19.00 per hour
