**Duties Include**:

- providing management of front-line Trust resources over a specific geographical area, covering as a whole, the East of England region, on a 24/7 basis (365 days per year) working rotating shifts.
- Liaising with, communicating with operational staff and assigning them to emergency situations.
- Prioritising tasks during intense periods of demand
- Dealing with a variety challenging calls and situations with poise, remaining calm and professional
- Calm and confident telephone manner
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including English
- Strong keyboard and IT skills
- Be willing to have an Enhanced DBS check undertaken
- Ability to read maps
- Adaptable, used to working in constantly changing circumstances and under pressure.
- Effective Short term memory
- At least 2 years experience in a customer care environment
