Maintenance Team Lead

Are you an engineer from a mechanical background with some experience guiding a small team looking to step into a leadership position where you will have the responsibility to oversee a team of maintenance engineers, while still being able to keep your footin the engineering door.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a step up in your career into a leading role where you will guide and train a small team of engineers, while still continuing to work as a hands on engineer.
This company is one of Wales's most attractive resorts - they are looking to expand their engineering team due to increasing popularity of the venue. In this role your time will be spent both working independently to carry out general and reactive maintenance and leading a team to ensure park maintenance is kept on top of. You will be provided with full training in their industry as well as having the chanceto be put through any external qualifications to enhance your skillset further.

The Person
- Mechanical engineering background of any kind
- Looking to take a step up into engineering management
- Ideally have some experience leading/guiding a small team
- Willing to work outdoors and at height (up to 140 ft)
The Role
- Guide a team of engineers to ensure park maintenance is kept up to date with
- Complete reactive maintenance and repairs on a range of machinery
- Lots of industry training and external courses available
