**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Supply Chain Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the planning and warehouse teams. This position primarily focuses on planning and warehouse administration, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) administration, UPS shipping documentation, general stock management, and additional assigned duties. The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing deliveries, managing GOTS certification, preparing shipping documentation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Supply Chain Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the planning and warehouse teams. This position primarily focuses on planning and warehouse administration, GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) administration, UPS shipping documentation, general stock management, and additional assigned duties. The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing deliveries, managing GOTS certification, preparing shipping documentation.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies.

Receive and process daily deliveries of yarn and fabric into various location, ensuring accurate and timely stock entry.

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- Previous warehouse or production room experience (desired not essential)
- SAP knowledge, or other order management system (desired not essential)
- Repair and recovery experience (desired not essential)
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
- Being part of a team
- Complying with rules and regulations
- Computer literate
- Good communicator
- Comfortable operating machinery
- Good attention to detail
- Eye for quality
- Understanding of the importance of health & safety
