**Are you an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer within the Durham area, and are you currently looking for a new role? If so, this could be for you**

We are delighted to be working with our client in their search for an Apprenticeship Trainer

Your primary goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of apprentices/employees to support the achievement of organisation goals and support succession plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Training Needs Analysis - conducting assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs within the organisation.
- Training Programme Design - developing training programmes that align with business goals and addresses identified needs.
- Training Delivery - facilitation training session or coordinating with external trainers to deliver the training programmes.
- Training Evaluation - assessing the effectiveness of training programmes through evaluations, surveys, and feedback from participants.
- Recruitment - support the recruitment of apprentice cohorts
- Learning Management System (LMS) - administration and maintaining the organisations learning management system - collating training materials and progress reports / certificates.

You must be passionate about helping people and delivering training according to the employers’ requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (required)

**Experience**:

- Apprenticeship training: 3 years (required)
