You may be required to attend some onsite meetings and team-days, so you must hold a current UK passport and reside in the UK.
**About you**
If you are passionate, empathetic and engaging, with a flair for language, then this could be the role for you. If you have experience of delivering exceptional customer service across a variety of different channels, then even better.
In the Supporter Care Team at Alzheimer’s Society we encourage a unique tone of voice in all our interactions and will train and support you to be tailored and bespoke in your conversations. You will be self-motivated, someone who enjoys working as part ofa team, have strong attention to detail and the confidence to deal with a wide variety of queries across various channels.
