Sales Support Administrator

Shaftec has been supplying remanufactured and new parts to the motor trade for over 20 years and is now firmly established as the leading transmission, steering and braking supplier to the UK aftermarket. **About the Role**
As the first point of contact you will be expected to deliver optimum customer service solutions to our existing and potential customers whilst advocating the Company brand and image.
- Processing of sales orders, sales invoices, back orders, and special orders where necessary, ensuring that all product references and prices are correctly entered.
- Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships between customers, suppliers, and our internal team.
- Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and that all callers are dealt with in a polite and friendly manner.
- Advise customers of any issues regarding deliveries and stock availability.
- Maintain a friendly and harmonious atmosphere within the sales office encouraging staff to keep a positive attitude, tidy up the office daily to create a better space of work.
- Maintaining confidentiality on all aspects of company policy and operations when dealing with and speaking to third-party customers and suppliers.
- Liaising with other departments as necessary
