CNC Miller

A world leader in aerospace component manufacturing are searching for a number of experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator. You will need to have extensive CNC Milling experience and be able to work from drawings to produce aerospace components.

**Duties**:

- Setting/operating and manufacturing a variety of small-batch components from engineering drawings to within tight limits
- Manufacturing all components within an agree timescale
- Use a wide range of measuring equipment to check small-batch components
- Ensure company's requirements for maintaining material traceability are met
- Make sure that manufactured products are suitably protected for transit
- Mentor new staff as required
- Be responsible for making sure that all manufacturing paper work is filled out correctly.

**Experience**:

- Extensive CNC Milling experience is essential, apprentice trained preferable
- Must be able to read engineering drawings, set CNC machines and use measuring equipment
- Ability to work using Metric and Imperial is a must
- You will ideally be qualified to GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Aerospace industry experience preferred
- The ideal person would have completed an apprenticeship and attended training courses.
- Must have a good level of English and Math
