**More About The Role**

We are a large distribution company based in Preston with our own in-house and on-site printing department and we are looking for an Experienced Flexographic Printer with a keen attention to detail and great organisation skills to work alongside a small but experienced team who take pride in their work and the products that they produce.

**Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in printing to be a vital part of the team. We are a well-established company and welcome applicants who would feel they could positively contribute to this role. Expectations include but are not limited to-
- Monitor and control printing press to obtain maximum quality
- Set and mount plates, set gears and print cylinders, set print dyes
- Complete job ticket documentation
- Work well within a team to meet short deadlines
- Ensure machines are maintained to a good working order
- Report any issues to line management
- Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental Policies relating to your work area are adhered to by you at all times

**A Few Things About You**
- Hold sufficient and recent flexographic printing experience
- Operate the machine efficiently and skilfully and in line with the Company’s Safety and Quality procedures
- KDO experience is preferred but not essential
- We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, with the ability to work in a fast pace environment and maintain high levels of accuracy at all times
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as in a team
- Good organisational skills and be self-motivated
