We are looking for people who wish to do as little as one shift a week as well as people looking to do more. One shift will have to be a Friday or Saturday night until close. Some shifts during the week will also be available, but you must be able to work at least one day most weekends. You also get an hours bonus pay for every close you work.

- Be flexible about when you can work, Alfie’s trades from midday until 3:00am on Wednesday to Sunday & 5pm until 3am Monday & Tuesday through the Christmas period
- Customer driven and enjoy engaging with customers & cultivating relationships within a community.

- Sound knowledge of wines, spirits, beers and ales

**What you’ll be doing as member of bar staff**:

- Delivering genuine, friendly, and efficient service
- Ensuring a positive experience for all customers and guests
- Taking food and drink orders and serving great food and drink
- Preparing drinks
- Keeping your work area clean whilst working safely
- Helping out your teammates
- Serving alcohol responsibly and safely

**Please note**: We are the latest-opening venue in Winchester, with our bar closing at 3:00am every evening and Burpin Ron's serving food until 3am, as well. Most closing shifts finish between 3.30am-4am. We do have limited daytime shifts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We have a varied customer base ranging from students, ‘interesting’ locals, workers from the other hospitality venues in the city, after work drinkers and people looking for a great night out in our newly refurbished garden area.
