WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR HANDYMANS

To carry out to the highest standard all aspects of repairs / renewal work to items in various trades such as ground works, carpentry, plumbing, glazing and finishing trades [painting & decorating, plastering / tiling,] Undertake a broad range of multi-skilled repair activities outside of the basic multi-trade skills to provide a comprehensive communal repairs service.

Top Skills Required
- General building maintenance experience to work with or without supervision
- Health and safety legislation knowledge
- Experience and ability to work in a customer facing role
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK Driving Licence

MOST IMPORTANT BIT This role will represent the face of WCC to local residents
- we need people who are able to liaise with residents and are VERY customer focussed

**Salary**: £18.00-£22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- HANDYMAN: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Enhanced DBS check (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
