Meta Specialist

**About us**

21D is responsible for the creation and provision of a full jaw implant rehabilitation solution using a fully computer-guided implant delivery system enabling the delivery of implants and fixed teeth in 1 hour or less per jaw. We are a team of highly experienced clinicians, nurses, patient coordinators, designers, and fabricators who are now looking for a Meta Specialist to join us.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented, hands-on Meta Specialist who will be solely responsible for creating, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns and managing our patient group and company page, working fully office based. You must be available for an immediate start.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and optimise paid search campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Conduct keyword research and analysis for optimal campaign targeting
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to align paid search efforts with overall marketing goals
- Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders, in real time
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising

**Requirements**:

- Substantial Meta Ads experience (min. 3 years)
- Proven experience in managing successful Meta Ads campaigns
- Proven experience in A/B testing
- Ability to analyse campaign data to improve performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Must be innovative with a test and learn mentality
- Ability to conduct thorough keyword research
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- Previous experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Up to date knowledge of the latest trends and technology within paid advertising and a keen interest in online community building

Experience with Instagram is a bonus but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
