**About The Role**:
Overview

Key Role Deliverables
- Creating and promoting our employer brand to ensure blu-3 is seen as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with designated leaders to create attractive recruitment campaigns
- Partner with your hiring managers and stakeholders to build effective sourcing and closing strategies
- Build and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work towards minimising costs incurred and focussing on direct hires
- Creation of talent pool and pipeline to reduce our time to hire
- Work with leaders to identify internal talent and build succession plans
- It is expected that of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values

Essential and Desirable Skills
- Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ATS systems
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role
- Knowledge within the construction industry is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Self motivated with a can-do attitude
- Strong decision-making skills
- Organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer focus and the ability to quickly build strong, and effective, working relationships
- Possesses a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
