**Position**: Social Media and Brand Growth Assistant

We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media and Brand Growth Assistant. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our brand presence and engaging with our target audience through various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling social media content that aligns with our brand identity and values.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase our social media following and engagement.
- Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote our products and enhance brand awareness.
- Assist in organising photoshoots and video shoots to produce captivating visual content.
- Engage with our audience by replying to messages, comments, and direct inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth brand operations.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work **3 days a week, from 10 am to 4 pm**.
- **Must be able to drive**:

- Possession of a valid driver's license to assist in brand-related activities.
- Confidence in front of the camera, with a natural ability to connect with the audience.
- Proficiency in TikTok and other social media platforms to create engaging content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey our brand message.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail for coordinating various tasks.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for interior design and home decor.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Hourly wage of £12.50.
- 3-month probation period with the potential for a **pay increase based on performance**.
