As a Marketing Technology & Operations Executive (Senior Associate) at Kainos, you will use your technical knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation to support colleagues in delivering marketing campaigns that are aligned to commercial needs and designed to support recruitment/generate leads to fuel the sales pipeline. You will foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery against plan.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with development of digital strategy and plans - you will support in delivery of digital plans, aligned to commercial need. Including creating lists or cleansing data, evaluating new suppliers/services, rolling out new services or functionality.
- Digital channels - you will contribute to effective use of our digital channels by marketing colleagues - including the website and social media.
- Marketing Automation - you will work as part of a digital CoE for other marketing teams (BUs, Recruitment, Brand & Comms) in setting up Marketo in aspects of campaigns - including program tagging, data segmentation, templates, nurtures, landing pages, creation of interesting moments and information for SalesForce MSI - all to feed sales pipeline in a measured way.
- Inbound and outbound campaigns - you will partner with marketing colleagues from BUs/Recruitment to implement digital aspects of campaigns including digital display, paid social, retargeting etc.
- Marketing operations, reporting and ROI - you will contribute to marketing effectiveness and ROI reporting for Kainos as needed and work with colleagues across marketing to create reports on an ongoing basis. This includes the preparation of web analytics reports, campaign performance reports and customer lifecycle reports. You will work within the marketing & operations playbook for Kainos, working with BU marketing leads to ensure team ways of working are consistent, embedded and optimised.
- Working as part of a team - you will proactively work and collaborate as part of the marketing team to deliver against overall OKRs. Supporting and coaching junior colleagues in areas of expertise as needed and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels across the business.

MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:

- Relevant experience in marketing including aspects of digital marketing and in using automation to generate leads
- Relevant marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM)
- Marketo Certified Associate (or enough experience to acquire certification)
- Good working knowledge of CRM (ideally Salesforce)
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and organisational skills
- Analytical skills and experience of working with data
- Track record of delivery against targets (quarterly and annual)
- Experience of working with data, including audience segmentation
- Understanding of the principles of GDPR and the processing of PII
- Capable of manging own workload while operating in a highly competitive and pressurised environment while meeting deadlines in accordance with business requirements

DESIRABLE:

- Experience in CMS/web platforms like WordPress, Episerver, or similar.
- Experience of partnering with sales on campaigns to feed pipeline
- Digital and social media advertising experience (certification/qualifications desirable)
- Knowledge of lead generation best practice in a SaaS environment.
- Some technology experience and a good understanding of technology trends and their potential impact on current & future marketing plans.
