**Various shifts - One person per shift pattern.**
**1: Nights - 4 on/4 off pattern 19.00-07.00**
**2: Days - 5 days from 7 (inc. some weekends) 07.00-19.00 or 11.00-19.00**
**3: Adhoc to cover any shift on days or nights**

**Duties include**:

- Patient and Visitor Transport: Efficiently transfer patients and visitors between wards and departments, including admissions.
- Goods Collection and Delivery: Safely collect and deliver various items such as medications, blood samples, medical equipment, case notes, and more.
- Equipment Handling: Skilfully move beds, cots, mattresses, drip stands, and other medical equipment and furniture as needed.
- Safety Assurance: Ensure the safety of all staff and visitors within the facility.
- Deceased Person Protocol: Assist in following the proper procedures for the respectful removal of deceased individuals.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Always uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.

**The skills required are**:

- Training Provided: No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be given.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable with a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
- Friendly Disposition: Possess a friendly, helpful, and approachable nature.
- Communication and Organization: Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Manual Handling: Training in manual handling is a distinct advantage.
- **This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.**_

Pay: £13.74-£23.24 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
