Creative Recruiter, social media Extraordinaire Needed

We are looking for someone who:

- Has an excellent telephone manner - most of your day will be spent chatting on the phone
- Has great computer skills
- Is comfortable on social media, especially Facebook
- Has advanced English skills both verbally and written, you love writing as well as talking to new people
- Highly organised, you will be part of a small, close-knit team in a very busy care office. Ability to manage your own workload is essential.
- Most of all you will be passionate - you will be working with a team who loves what they do and a company who genuinely cares about its people.

Full training is provided. Perhaps you have come from a customer service background, or you have just finished your creative writing degree, or you have been a recruitment admin looking to take your next step. We would love to hear from someone who is creative, passionate, and wishing to grow a fulfilling career with us.

About the role:
Recruitment
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process
- Handling onboarding administration in line with UK employment law

Marketing
- Update our social media channels with local content and engaging with our audiences
- Maintain our relationship with local press by writing monthly news articles
- Supporting employee engagement by composing a monthly newsletter
- Research and write our monthly columns.

We are based in the beautiful rural location of Ullenhall, so it is essential that you be able to drive with access to your own vehicle.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
