We are looking for a bakery confectioner/ Finisher to assist in a busy department. This area is responsible to finishing the small cakes for the retail shops and will include from Tray slices to finished traditional Scottish cakes.

Working with a pallet knife, piping bag and being able to hand finish small cakes at pace will be essential.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday from 5.30am start. 39 hours/week

**Salary**: From £10.48 per hour
