**About the Role**

Hanover Scotland's Customer Service Centres are home to our dedicated telecare operators who support Hanover’s customers nationwide. At Hanover, some of our customers need help to feel safe and secure at home and our Telecare Operators are vital in providing this critical service.

The Telecare Administrator performs a variety of secretarial, organisational and administrative tasks for our Telecare Department. You will be the heartbeat of the department, ensuring that vital data and information is available to our dedicated team to ensure a smooth and effective operation. This is a fast-paced environment and the role requires focus, initiative and understanding of departmental goals.

This role can be based at any one of our three Customer Service Centres in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Elgin.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Data entry, ensuring the call-handling systems database is current.
- Logging and assisting with the complaints management systems.
- Billing of corporate clients via the Open Housing and Documotive system.
- Administering the authorisation and payment of invoices for office services.
- Distribution of Yearly Price Increase letters, notifying of their annual price increase.
- Ordering of Telecare equipment and sending out replacement equipment to Private clients.
- Assisting the Telecare Manager in respect of reporting and organisation of meetings.
- Acting as a general support to Telecare Supervisor and Senior Operators.

**About You**
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of typing a broad range of management reports and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both inside and outside of the Association.
- Ability to work as part of a team and with mínimal supervision.
