Hydraulic Technican

Interaction Recruitment are delighted to collaborate with a prominent Engineering firm based in Sunderland, currently seeking an experienced Hydraulic Technician for a permanent role.

**Position**: Hydraulic Technician.

**Location**: Sunderland, UK.

**Salary**: £40,000 per annum, with potential for additional earnings through overtime.

Our esteemed client offers a competitive compensation package, including bonuses, which will be discussed during the interview process. In addition, applicants must possess a valid UK driving license and be open to occasional out-of-town assignments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute pressure testing, installations, commissioning, fault identification, repairs, and maintenance of hydraulic equipment.
- Swiftly diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and optimizing equipment performance.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to prioritize tasks and coordinate projects.
- Maintain meticulous records of work performed and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Be prepared to travel and work at various sites and businesses across the UK and offshore to meet company requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in pressure testing, installations, commissioning, fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance of hydraulic equipment.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and their components.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license and flexibility to work away from home when necessary.
