**About the role**:
**The role is primarily focused on processing client instructions, analysing the correct usage of our proprietary technology whilst building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.**:
**In this role you will**:

- ** Complete all administration functions as on the wealth platform - deposits, withdrawals, client account maintenance, user access and client onboarding.**:

- ** Work closely with adviser support and specialist pensions, to resolve client queries and complete work streams.**:

- ** Pro-actively build and develop relationships within the business.**:

- ** Support the business to deliver excellent customer outcomes and provide a market leading service.**:
**What you need to be successful**:

- **Min 1yrs experience working with Platform operating systems**:

- ** Financial services experience would be a bonus**:

- ** Strong Excel**:

- ** Technology Savvy**:

- ** Strong communicator, team player, enthusiastic**:
