Export Packer

Job Overview:
We're on the lookout for a meticulous and dependable individual to join us as an Export Packer. In this role, you'll be tasked with the crucial responsibility of preparing goods for export shipment through precise assembly, packing, and labelling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pack goods with precision and efficiency, adhering to specified guidelines and packing standards.
- Maintain accurate records of packed products, including quantities and dates.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams to address any issues or concerns.
- Actively seek opportunities for process enhancement and contribute suggestions to improve workflow.
- Keep the workspace organized to facilitate seamless operations.
- Identify and report any defective items or discrepancies in the packing process.
- Prepare items for shipment by assembling, packing, and labelling them according to company protocols.
- Conduct pre-packaging inspections to ensure product quality and integrity.
- Securely pack items to prevent damage during transportation.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve production targets.

**Experience**:

- Experience in export packing required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in mathematics.
- Capability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Full UK clean drivers license

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
