**About us**

Craigtoun Meadows Holiday Park is a family owned business, a mile and a half from the centre of St Andrews. Our Holiday Park has around 180 privately owned holiday homes and we also hire out 54 Touring pitches, 4 glamping pods and 18 hire caravans and lodges, one of which is wheelchair accessible. We have won the AA Caravan Park of the Year for Scotland on 4 occasions

What we are looking for:

- Someone that is able to work on their own and use your initiative to problem solve
- Be able to deliver maintenance tasks to set deadlines.
- Ideally someone able to carry out basic diy, with knowledge or certification in the following areas - Electrics / plumbing / gardening. Additional training will be provided to the right individual over time to cover the needs or skills shortage that the role requires.
- A drivers license is essential as driving a tractor and trailer is an integral part of the job. Training will be given.
- Strong communication between colleagues to ensure minimum disruption when work is carried out.
- To be able to work a 2 evenings per week and at weekends during our summer season
- Be fully familiar with all health and safety, legislation related to your work carried out and park requirements.

Schedule:

- 38 hours per week 15 March - 31 October, 28 hour week November - March - salary stays the same throughout the year, during reduced hour period
