The Customer Service Advisor is a full-time position dedicated to providing best in class customer service to ISN’s contractor customer base, as well as assisting with internal administrative functions of the Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Advisorserves as the driver of quality for customer inquiries and support, customer workflows, and day-to-day processes within Contractor Development. It requires that one be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all of the day-to-dayoperations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.
