Warehouse Trainer

Pay Rate: £26,399 plus £2860 Trainers allowance plus a night shift premium.
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: NIGHT SHIFT 4 ON 4 OFF 1800-0600
Location: Daventry (NN11 8NF)

DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Warehouse Trainer to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will.

 Become fully competent in all areas of the operation within the training structure of the warehouse
 Ensuring all the trainees grasp the importance of KPI within the warehouse function.
 Keep all documents updated and ensure the productivity and accuracy targets are fully understood by all trainees.
 Attend training meetings and courses as required and welcome and take part in new starter inductions 

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Minimum 1 years experience in an operational role and or experience in training, coaching or supervising
- Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Trainer is desirable.
- MHE, RTIB, ITSARR certification/ qualifications will be welcomed.
- PC literate with good skills including Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
