**What you will do**:

- To assist the Marketing Managers to deliver the annual marketing calendar.
- To work with cross-functional teams to establish priorities and activity.
- Work with suppliers to develop opportunities to support sales and drive promotional opportunities.
- Analysis of monthly performance and campaign success, capturing learnings so we can continuously evolve and improve our activation.
- Continually seek and find methods to increase our customers lifetime value, use upselling, retention, and re-engagement techniques.
- Organisation of photoshoots including prop sourcing, time management, supporting on the shoot in an assistant capacity, ensuring timings and aesthetic are adhered to.
- Researching the latest trends, making sure we are always ahead of the curve on producing the best marketing ideas for upcoming campaigns.
- Proactively drive editorial coverage in key media.
- Take on multiple projects, so organisation and the ability to work to a timing plan is essential.
- Oversee filming and photography.
- General press office and marketing duties.
- Creating, scheduling and posting media content across social platforms.
- Routine review of listings (Daily) - Descriptions have the correct format, Correct pricing for all platforms, a Correct number of images for listings, Listing settings correct for the product.
- Organising and Assisting our Brand Manager with the styling of product photoshoots (different locations) and when required helping with photoshop, digitally formatting the photos in adobe suite.
- Carry out daily, weekly, monthly website audits and highlight any urgent changes that are required, after audits feedback to the marketing manager on how the user experience can be optimised
- Work closely with our manager to maintain a correct product stock count.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Team on digital banner requirements and copywriting material in line with the digital content calendar and key campaign focus.
- Understanding of SEO.

**What you already have**:

- Degree in Marketing or similar experience
- Experience in executing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent administrative and presentation skills
- Strong passion for the Beauty industry

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£20,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
