Job Title: Apprentice Plumber

Location: Bathgate (EH48 2SF)

Hours: Mon to Thu: 08:00 - 16:30 & Fri: 08:00 - 15:30

**Salary**: From £10,708 per year

Reports to: Plumbing Manager

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced plumbers, learning the essential skills and techniques needed to excel in the industry. This hands-on apprenticeship will provide you with invaluable training, and you'll be involved in various plumbing projects, ranging from basic installations to complex repair jobs.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting senior plumbers in daily tasks and projects.
- Learning how to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
- Identifying and diagnosing plumbing issues.
- Developing a strong understanding of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of grade NAT 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for learning and a desire to pursue a career in plumbing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
- A driving licence is advantageous
