Warehouse Supervisor

JLGroup are recruiting for the role of Warehouse Supervisor.

**Salary expectations**

£12 - £14/hr

**Job Overview**

This role will be based at our company HQ, located in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
All work for this role will be carried out at this warehouse facility.

This role is based around the overall supervision of the Warehouse, working closely alongside the Prep Manager & Asset Manager.

Responsibilities will include, middle management of the Warehouse team, ensuring that all processes are followed, reviewed and improved.

Working closely with the company Asset Manager and Prep Manager to ensure smooth and consistent workflows, along with forecasting high volume workloads and ensuring that the Warehouse team are adequately staffed and resourced.

**Day to Day**
- Preparation of equipment for hire and events.
- Pre-programming and basic setup of equipment for live events/hires.
- Ensuring all equipment is tested and checked upon return
- Maintaining and repairing equipment in our stock.
- Loading and unloading equipment from vans and trucks
- PAT testing
- Complying with health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ensuring equipment is carefully and logically organised in the warehouse on a daily basis.
- Preserving a tidy, safe and efficient working environment always
- On site working to include setting up and running of projects.

- Excellent communication skills, Fluent English speaker
- Full UK driving licence

- Lighting, Sound or Video equipment usage experience

**Desirable Skills**
- Forklift License
- First Aid Qualification
