Jewellery Maker

Due to exceptional growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join the DCK group as a Jewellery Maker.

DCK Group is a global leader in the Design & Supply of fashion jewellery and accessories, collaborating & partnering with the very best High Street Fashion brands such as, River Island, Topshop, M&S, Liars & Lovers and Next as well as white labelling to other brands.

**The Role**
- Assist Senior Designer developing and implementing a focused brand strategy, establishing clear brand positioning in the market.
- Lead process for sourcing relevant materials and key components to meet design and buying requirements.
- Identify gaps in the market and react quickly to emerging trends and ‘must have’ products, ensuring speed to market with new innovative profiles and product areas.
- Build strong customer knowledge. Ensure collections meet the customer profile and brand identity, delivering an appropriate balance of product assortment between high fashion and commerciality.
- Undertake competitive retail analysis to ensure knowledge of brand positioning and customer profile remain current.
- Working within cost parameters to make sure handmade samples hit cost and looks are achievable.
- Work collaboratively across the Group, ensuring achievement of KPIs and contribute to creating a positive working environment for all colleagues, inspiring team in a positive and professional manner to work to the best of their abilities.

- Experience making jewellery ideally in a high street fashion brand
- ( 5-6years + experience within a similar environment)
- Strong technical and creative design skills
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Excellent hand making skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, manage multiple deadlines and heavy workloads
