**Trainee Steel Detailer/ CAD Technician**

**Location: Lisburn**

**Salary: £25,000 - £30,000**

**Role**:

- Consult with the Project Management team as to the ‘constructability ‘of the items
- Successful completion of steel detailing training
- Use Tekla to develop layout, drawings, and designs that meet expectations and specifications
- Review and interpret structural and architectural plans from the contractor to provide detailed shop and erection drawings
- Proper file maintenance on all assigned projects
- Perform CAD drawings in a manor that adheres to accepted engineering practices and standards as well as company values
- Assist with detailing operations
- 2-D drawing editing
- Basic 3D project modelling

**Essential**:

- Degree educated
- AutoCAD Experience
