**The role will involve**:

- Carry out mowing of all grassed areas using a variety of moving equipment e.g. pedestrian mowers and strimmer
- sweep up and remove all debris from the external pavements immediately around the entrances
- Carry out general maintenance to all grassed areas e.g. edging, seeding, turfing
- Maintain and water when necessary any hanging baskets
- Participate fully in all relevant estates procedures and ensure completion of all necessary documentation in accordance with Estates Department Policies
- Give assistance and support to other trade disciplines within the Estates Department to ensure an efficient estates service is provided
