**The Role**

In this role, you will use your technical expertise to mentor and coach juniors in the team, being a data specialist within the fraud technology remit. Your focus will be on the large-scale machine learning, fraud platform implementation, utilising SAS &SQL to mitigate fraud and run deep dive data analysis. You will:

- Be responsible for conducting fraud analysis with SAS & SQL, working with wider BI and Engineering professionals to create and maintain Data Dictionaries, Metadata, Data Lineage, API Catalogues and interface inventories in line with standard Data managementartefacts across Fraud tech.
- Be responsible for vast technical analysis of data migration projects, covering database and table level details, reconciliation, SAS process migrations.
- Use SAS & SQL to provide detailed analysis and insight with regards to trends and behaviours, proposing recommendations from your actionable insights.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- Strong commercial analysis skills with both SAS & SQL
- Knowledge of visualisation technologies such as Tableau/Power BI
- Knowledge/experience of banking or financial services domains
