**Based**: London, Fenchurch Street

**Salary on offer** - up to £75,000 + 15% bonus

**Hybrid Role** - 2 days in Office

We are working with a leading insurance company who operate in the UK, Middle Est, US, Europe etc. They offer brokers and insureds with a wide range of products through the company and another market. They have over 1,800 employees in 60 offices.

**For this Product Analyst role we have 3 different roles in different areas**:

- Regulatory & Risk
- Business Process
- Outward Reinsurance

The client and a third party technology organisation both deliver innovative solutions and capabilities to give them the edge against other insurance organisations and to help them enable market leading performance globally. The client digital transformationteam reports to the Chief digital transformation officer and works with the third part technology company to deliver effective solutions.

**We are looking for an experienced Product Analysts from an insurance background for each of these different areas.**

**Regulatory and Risk Product Analyst**:
For the regulatory and risk product analyst we are looking for people who are good with GDPR and can manage projects. For this role you will run and support juniors in the team and also to become a Business Analyst. You will be responsible for conductinganalysis work to a consistently high standard within a range of business areas in a timeframe, formats and standards. Produce further requirements and challenge assumptions using a variety of approaches including interviews, document analysis, workshops etc.Stakeholder management is also a responsibility for this role as you will be supporting the product owner to interact with all levels of management, as well as this, your contribution to the business solutions team development and methodology for capturingand publishing business processes, requirements and other documentation are also expected. You will also be working with alongside the Scrum master and delivery team.

**Skills**:

- Strong Regulatory & Risk experience
- Experience from a London insurance background (desirable)
- Systems migration and integration experience
- Able to work in an agile way/environment
- Comfortable working with 'C' level stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

**Business Process - Product Analyst**

For the Business Process product analyst we are looking for people who are good with Business process modelling. For this role you will run and support juniors in the team and also to become a Business Analyst. You will be responsible for conducting analysiswork to a consistently high standard within a range of business areas in a timeframe, formats and standards. Produce further requirements and challenge assumptions using a variety of approaches including interviews, document analysis, workshops etc. Stakeholdermanagement is also a responsibility for this role as you will be supporting the product owner to interact with all levels of management, as well as this, your contribution to the business solutions team development and methodology for capturing and publishingbusiness processes, requirements and other documentation are also expected. You will also be working with alongside the Scrum master and delivery team.

**Outward Reinsurance - Product Analyst**

For the Outward Reinsurance product analyst we are looking for people who has worked in an agile environment and someone who has worked on specifically reinsurance/insurance. You will need to have excellent communication skills so that you can present andcommunicate effectively with stakeholders. You will also need to challenge but at the same time be relaxed and not too forward to carry out workshops and dealing with stakeholders. You will be responsible for conducting analysis to spot to be future stateoperating models through process and technology and understand current state processes. You will also be working closely with the product owner in understanding the business needs and goals to progress delivery. As well as this you will be facilitating workshopsto discuss further on epics and capture and document story mapping and user stories. You will also be identifying solutions and work with solution architects to design and deliver solutions to instrument the products. In addition to this, you will also beworking with alongside the Scrum master and delivery team and be actively managing the backlog stories with the product owner and be working with stakeholders to identify and document invalid function requirements as user stories.

**Skills**:

- Experience of working with an operating model programme
- Experience from a London insurance background (desirable)
- Business analyst/product analyst experience and knowledge of methodologies on this
- Experience from financial services (essential)
- Able to work in an agile way/environment
- Comfortable working with 'C' level stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
