Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise daily operations during assigned shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues efficiently
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets consistently

Pay: £8.47-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
